The foundations of the Teacher Training to reveal the facilitator within you
1. Your own dance
You will be invited to observe your personal intuitive dance practice on a daily basis. You will also
take part in a Silence & Dance retreat, because experiencing intuitive dance over several days allows
you to discover the broad spectrum of what it can offer on a deeper physical, emotional, psychological
and energetic level.
2. The quality of your facilitation
You will learn how to create high-quality dance workshops that support and transform your
participants. You will receive all the keys you need to guide a fluid session: placing your voice over
music and in silence, enriching your guidance by finding your own style, developing your presence in
the space, personalising your playlists in line with your musical universe, sensing the overall energy of
the group and taking them into your universe, and bringing a wellbeing and spiritual dimension to
your workshops.
3. Your style
You will be invited to bring your personality into each of your workshops. This training supports you
in a process of self-discovery: learning to know yourself better, clarifying what makes you unique,
recognising your values, your talent, your zone of genius and your deepest aspirations. You will learn
to refine your style by drawing inspiration from your essence, because your story is unique and it is
what gives your art its strength.
The format
Silence & Dance Retreat
25 hours of intuitive dance practice in silence (in a non-verbal space)
• Being in silence for 3 days
• Refining your presence within your movement
• Dancing in nature with the elements
• Taking time exclusively for yourself and resting
• Diving deeply into your personal story by connecting body, heart and mind
• Without distraction: no phone, electronic device or book. Artistic materials for drawing, writing
and creating art are nevertheless encouraged
• Bringing your inner world (thoughts, emotions, imagination) to life and setting it in motion
Teachings
20 hours of theory and training
• A journey through dance: the art of facilitation that connects to intuition
• A musical journey: the art of creating playlists that connect to inner life, emotions and
imagination
• The importance of the “Space Holder” role: creating and maintaining a caring and safe space
• A fluid warm-up: with contemporary dance tools for a high-quality warm-up
• Practical application: facilitating a complete intuitive dance class
• Adding your personal touch: developing themed workshops, communication tools, etc.
• Facilitating outdoors with Silent Disco headphones: discovering the equipment and practising
• The history of free dance and differences in style: understanding this broad family and the
inspirations behind each style

No. The retreat is an integral part of the training.
It is essential to discover and fully immerse yourself in the philosophy of conscious and intuitive dance before being able to pass it on to others.?

No, this training is available only through self-funding.
